Sorry this has taken me so long to post, but a little over a week ago I walked into Peabody Middle School in Petersburg, VA and found this disgusting portrait. It is a picture of Obama...disgusting enough I know, however, I guess they didn't have a frame and decided to just put it right over the Bill of Rights they had framed.
